Dear Rob, yet another superb holiday arranged by Safari Consultants! Masons provided every facility you would expect from a good travel agent. L’Archipel had good, friendly service. Restaurant serving creole food – OK but not my favourite. Denis Island was extremely well run, lovely friendly service, haute cuisine of the highest order, all produce grown on the island and of top quality. Very comfortable chalet with (almost) private beach and exquisite sunsets. Moderately good snorkelling on the reef off the shore. Constance Ephelia Resort had a very poor welcome, but our dissatisfaction soon dissipated when we were deposited at our accommodation which looked more like the best situated Beachfront Villa with its own private swimming pool and a welcome complimentary bottle of fizz and chocolate cake each night. We eventually found good snorkelling, not far from the beautiful beach and booked very good dinners wherever we wanted each night. In short we had an excellent holiday. Thank you again Rob for your good advice and excellent service.

Hi Mary and Rob, we just wanted to thank you for all your help in organising our honeymoon. All of your recommendations were spot on! The logistics of all the transfers etc. were also seamless and we couldn’t have been more relaxed. When we left Botswana we tried to think of anything at all that could be improved and we couldn’t think of even the smallest thing. Constance Lemuria in the Seychelles was also much more than we expected and we absolutely loved it. Carana Beach Hotel is lovely, the private beach beautiful and we had excellent food there. Mason’s travel were really good too and everything went very smoothly with them. In Botswana the safari was great – we felt like we saw a lot and even saw a large pack of wild dogs hunting in Shinde. We thought the staff at Ker and Downey were just phenomenal and would love to go again.

Hello Rob, All you really need to know is….that it was the best holiday we have ever had, all of us felt this way. Simply stunning locations with fabulous service and plenty of fun to be had. We’re all aching to go back. True desert island paradise at Denis Island and then Etali Safari Lodge and Tuningi were the perfect places to introduce the children to Safari which they absolutely loved. Cheesy as it sounds we have made some truly incredible family memories that will last us a lifetime. Thank you – you gave us everything and more than we could have hoped for; it was a brilliant itinerary with top organisation. To have everything so well thought through and organised by someone we totally trust really put us all at ease. Thanks again for an absolute cracker!

Rob, returned from a great holiday last night. Things went really well. Super impressed with you and the business. Felt from the beginning that you spent enough time chatting around what we were looking for and had loads of suggestions and useful advice. Another very successful holiday, our 7th organised by Safari Consultants. As always, they delivered everything we required in terms of itinerary, accommodation and transfers, and once again we benefited from their detailed first-hand knowledge of every property we used. Their meticulous attention to extra details makes life easier for someone of 76 with mobility problems, from ordering a wheelchair at airports to requesting a room nearest the main living area was much appreciated. Safari Consultants’ service is not just excellent, it is outstanding and has been so without exception ever since we first travelled with them. We would never consider using any other company to organise a holiday for us in southern or eastern Africa.

Our very first trip to Africa and we’re certain it will not be our last! Novice to safari experiences – we were pleased to find it ‘ticked every box’ surpassing all our expectations. The huge skyline, the quietness, being so close to wildlife – what a huge privilege it all was. The whole holiday moved smoothly and efficiently from camp to camp. Each camp had something different to offer with the varied landscapes and a superb variety of game. The rhino rich undulating plains of Ol Pejeta to the woodland, ravines and swamps of Lewa – where we saw our first Grevy’s zebra; to the huge open plains of the Masai Mara with oceans of waving savannah grass and enormous sky levels, so rich with game – it gave us our first sighting of leopard. Clive and I would like to thank you all at Safari Consultants for organising this amazing trip of a lifetime for us and ensuring that our experiences were diverse, rich and most wonderful in every aspect.

Hi Frances, We had such a fantastic honeymoon! We loved Blackheath; the staff were really friendly and helpful with booking tickets and printing off maps etc. The room was lovely and the breakfasts delicious! We really enjoyed our time in Cape Town, can’t wait to go back! At Auberge Burgundy we had a really lovely big room with a balcony that we could watch the whales and dolphins from! The small pool area was nice and the restaurant opposite where breakfast was served was really good. We really liked Hermanus, lots of nice restaurants. The drive to Franschhoek was stunning, we had lots of photos stops! When we arrived at Auberge Clermont we were really blown away, the backdrop was beautiful and we loved being able to walk around the vines. The reception staff were really knowledgeable and helpful with the restaurants and where to go. Our room had a really nice homely feel to it, would love to go back here. Raffles was amazing, we’ve never been anywhere like it. The beach was beautiful as was the pool area. Every part of the hotel really was just perfect. Le Domaine de L’Orangeraie was a nice hotel with a lovely pool area and spacious rooms. The bikes were great and we enjoyed cycling around, the island was beautiful. Overall we had a fantastic time, we saw some amazing places and would thoroughly recommend the trip to everyone. Thank you so much for organising an amazing honeymoon that we will never forget.
