Dear Mary, we can’t thank you enough for giving us such a great experience. All your arrangements were perfect – and were exactly what we wanted. Rekero, as ever, was amazing. Such a brilliant time. We even saw the Big Five in one day – again! Kiangazi was very good too. We loved the lake, so peaceful, so many birds and everyone was very hospitable. It was good to relax a bit after all that early rising. The beach at the Z-Hotel is wonderful and the sea just gorgeous. We had a fabulous time and we thank you most sincerely for making it all happen.

Dear Rob, We had a really fantastic trip. Our only regret is that there will never be another “first time” for this type of trip. Everything worked like clockwork. The accommodation was amazing, the guides like-wise, pick ups all on time, and the general experience down to watching thunder and lightening on the edge of the Serengeti was amazing. Thank you for such a terrific holiday.

Hi Rob, We had a superb holiday, thank you. We’re glad we started with Victoria Falls as were a bit tired at the end of the holiday and the low water did enable is to get a better view. We managed to see leopards for the first time, we witnessed a lion kill and we managed to catch roan, sable, genet, civet and a host of birds too numerous to mention. The guides were excellent at all of the camps and the camp crew / support staff were all good and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was very good in all the camps and the rooms were fine – we wish all tents were as luxurious. Would we go on this type of trip again. Yes. Would we consider using Safari Consultants? Yes.

Dear Rob, we had a wonderful holiday. Without exception, we saw some great game in the safari areas and our trip to Livingstone and Cape Town were also most enjoyable. All our transfers went well, flights and representatives all good. Gamewise, we saw it all. From leopards (up a tree having it’s lunch), cheetahs, elephants of all ages and sizes, rhino, giraffe, wild dogs (including a brilliant chase ending in a kill), everything. The zebra crossing was mesmerising and there were six lost to crocs. Two wildebeest crossings and lots of lions and cubs. Thanks for organising us another great memory.

Hi Mary, we have had such a fantastic time, seen and experienced so much I am not quite sure where to start. Rwanda was a real experience. The gorilla and golden monkey tracking was just brilliant. It does take a few moments for you to realise that yes you are standing just a few feet away from these beautiful animals in their natural habitat. I think the highlight was when the silverback walked directly past us and sat himself against a tree just 2/3 feet away from us. We also saw him mate with one of the females – which the guides told us we were very lucky to witness. A once in a lifetime experience. The game viewing in the Northern Serengeti was just superb. We experienced a crossing equally as good if not better than the best I have seen on TV. You know that something is special when the guide gets his camera out and takes as many photos as you do!! He estimated that there was upwards of 10,000 Wildebeest. Sayari Camp was delightful and Oredi our guide was clearly passionate about his job and so knowledgeable. By the time we got to Zanzibar, we were ready for a rest. Ras Nungwi Hotel was fantastic and what beautiful beaches. We have had a fantastic holiday, the organisation was superb and everything went without a hitch. I have no doubt that we wouldn’t have had such a rewarding experience without your expert guidance and experience of the area.

Mary, just about everything was perfect, from the variety of the game areas and camps right through to the service provided by Kenya Airways. Thoroughly enjoyed it, probably even surpassed expectations that hadn’t been suppressed to start with! The guides were awesome, particularly at Mwagusi and Kigelia.

We were introduced to Jane at Safari Consultants by a friend, and thank her wholeheartedly, because they have always arranged fantastic holidays for us, and it is reassuring to leave all planning in their very capable hands, and for me and my husband to relax and enjoy our vacation. We were lucky enough to have a very fast exciting canter with zebra, and a mock charge from an elephant where Gregory stood his ground between us and the elephant to shield us.
