Hello Frances. Our entire trip was just excellent – we have absolutely no complaints and in fact there is nothing we would have wished to have happened differently throughout our Rwanda and Tanzania visits. So we thank Safari Consultants and yourself in particular for the expert help and guidance throughout the planning and for arranging such an amazing itinerary for us with all the local support we received throughout. Everyone must have gorilla stories – suffice it to say we were so pleased that we did the monkeys and then gorillas twice as you advised; and we were so well supported and helped (literally!) on the treks – and were just so amazed and enthralled by our gorilla encounters (including a 2 day old baby gorilla in the Agashya group!). Lamai Serengeti, as you had advised, was just perfect – we saw and learnt so much and again, as you suggested we were so pleased we had 4 nights to relax there and get to know that incredible part of Tanzania. Thank you again – and best wishes – we most certainly will be in contact again when we are considering an African trip in the future; and we will definitely be recommending Safari Consultants to our family and friends.

The trip could not have been any better – the camps were perfect and everything ran smoothly. Hi Michele, we had a wonderful holiday, and everything went smoothly. The camps were as excellent as usual. At Valley Camp we went on a night drive and saw a lot of smaller animals (genets, mongooses, spring hares etc.), plus an aardwolf, which I’d never seen before. We also saw a cheetah with the most adorable 4 young cubs gambolling about on the plains in daylight. That was a great sighting. The fly camp was just brilliant. We took it at a very relaxed pace and saw a lot more big game than I expected. A group of sleepy buffalo having a rest at about 60m, the usual grazers & browsers who moved away pretty quickly. Saw baboons, vultures, elephants & a pair of cheetahs at just over 100m away, a couple of lone buffalo as we approached Bush Camp. A lot of fun. Thank you so much for a really well-organised trip. Every time I am impressed with your attention to detail, the smooth running of the trips, and of course they way each trip fits our requirements so well, steering me away from things I would hate ;-).  You really do an excellent job! Thank you.

Frances, I just wanted to say thank you to you and your team for all your help with our recent safari vacation. We had a spectacular time and thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip! Kenya was just amazing and my daughters fell in love with the country. The trip to Devil’s Pool was out of this world. Rob and Bill, we’ve made it home from our wonderful trip. Thanks to you for the great organisation. On the whole, the South Luangwa portion was great and the camps were top notch. We found some spectacular landscapes, with long open views and green grass. Good people and great guides. Kafue was even better than expected. Phil and Tyrone have a unique opportunity to develop their area. They’re young, have the energy, have the proper ethos of engagement with their wildlife, a sense of style and know their stuff. These guys deserve the support you can give them. Many thanks again and I look forward to staying in touch.
