Having specialised in travel to Africa since 1983, we are extremely proud and fortunate to have built up a wonderful customer base of repeat travellers, who also recommend our services to their friends, family and colleagues, or even fellow travellers they meet on safari. Our aim is for every holiday we arrange to be perfect for the people who undertake them. Listed below are some of the comments we have received from our customers. Please also visit the AITO (Association of Independent Tour Operators) feedback site to see reviews on our services and our clients’ experiences.

We would like to thank you for the sound advice, patience and understanding we received at every stage. This truly was, for us, a “holiday of a lifetime” and exceeded our expectations. The accommodation and catering was first class and even the wildlife obliged – we were lucky to see SO MUCH SO CLOSE, thank you very much indeed!

Hi Jane, This was our first safari and we loved every minute! The package created for us suited us perfectly and we got even more than we could have wished for. The camps were well run, the guides well informed, game viewing good and we rarely saw any other vehicles. Special thanks to Jane Walker for the efficient organisation with superb attention to detail, who was always on hand to answer our queries. It was an amazing experience from which we have so many great memories.

Dear Bill, the Nyika Plateau was really something else at an elevation of 7,500 – 8,000 feet up. It seemed just like many areas of Scotland that we have been to, bold rolling hills with deep valleys where the tree grow and the water runs. The only difference is that instead of deer we had roan, zebra, reedbuck, and bushbuck. The area is vast and the game seems sparse, but the vistas were always stunning and so there was plenty to look at. We had two leopard sightings during the day and a few nice sighting at night, including probably the best sighting ever of a honey badger and also a serval cat. Both leopards were in broad daylight. The satt at the lodge were first class, friendly and competent! Thank you for all your help.

You went well above the standard service we would expect and the special charter plans you put on for us was absolutely fantastic. Overall we couldn’t have been happier with all the arrangements you made for us – thank you!

Tafika accommodation and staff were fantastic – our hut was on the river bank with beautiful views. Walking safari was excellent –they will take you out for 4-5 hrs if you are up to it, brilliant not seeing any other traffic/walkers whilst we were out. Food excellent, game drives good and microlite flight was amazing. Chindeni in a beautiful spot on the lagoon – we had fantastic accommodation, right on lagoon and our tent was by itself – not overlooked at all – nice interior and outside hammock! Food brilliant, hospitality amazing, safari walks were fantastic and drives were excellent. Very relaxed and informal but well run, again, we didn’t see other jeeps whilst out in the evenings. Zambia is a beautiful country and somehow felt more “WILD” and natural than some other regions in Africa (although all are fantastic as far as I am concerned)! Loved our stay on Likoma Island. Lake swimming excellent – lots of activities on offer without spoiling the feeling of peace and quiet. You gave us an amazing and very memorable trip to Africa. Thank you.

Hi Mary. Overall, it was the most amazing adventure. The start of our trip at Kanana was incredible. We did every activity available to us at every available opportunity. The inner Okavango Delta was so beautiful and we could easily have spent our entire trip there. Then we come to the camping part. Thank you so much for listening and understanding our needs as this was exactly what we were looking for… and so much more. At Third Bridge, you had to hardly leave camp to see all of the game. We saw two cheetahs, a pack of 9 wild dogs on multiple occasions and lions. The highlight of the game viewing was watching wild dogs chase off a young male lion as it had eyes on their kill, closely followed by watching wild dogs hunt for impala. Amazing. At Savuti camp, we got our first leopard spot. It was right next to the road relaxing under a tree. Such a beautiful animal. The landscape at Savuti was tailor made for viewing cats, especially down by the marsh. So different to anywhere else we have been. We managed to spot a pride of lions here, 5 in total with a Zebra kill. The long drive to Linyanti was totally worth it. Such a beautiful remote part of Chobe. At Waterberry, the setting was beautiful and we enjoyed a nice sundowner cruise along the Zambezi on our first night. Our full day in Zambia was obviously spent at the falls and we loved it. We took a Huey helicopter ride over the falls which words can’t describe how amazing it was. I even did a bungee jump of the bridge too! Thank you once again for all of your help planning this, we will certainly be in touch again at some point in the future.
