Having specialised in travel to Africa since 1983, we are extremely proud and fortunate to have built up a wonderful customer base of repeat travellers, who also recommend our services to their friends, family and colleagues, or even fellow travellers they meet on safari. Our aim is for every holiday we arrange to be perfect for the people who undertake them. Listed below are some of the comments we have received from our customers. Please also visit the AITO (Association of Independent Tour Operators) feedback site to see reviews on our services and our clients’ experiences.

Hello Rob, Wow what a fantastic holiday we had! The itinerary you put together was perfect, it allowed us to experience the subtle differences between the parks, the environment, the wildlife and the camps. Although we were very happy at the Olakira camp we found Kwihala to be slightly better and Impala was simply wonderful. The camp managers and staff were helpful, attentive and passionate in their desire to make our stay memorable. We were treated to private dining, champagne and birthday celebration cake! The standard of service and quality was first class. The wildlife across all three parks was superb and observing the wildlife in the different parks added to the experience as the landscape changed. The guides were knowledgeable and managed to impart just the right amount of information to keep us interested but not overloaded. Although we had high expectations for this trip neither of us expected it to be such a wonderful experience. We’re hooked!

Dear Mary, we wanted to write you a note to say a huge thank you for all of your help planning and organising our honeymoon. We had the most amazing time. It was absolutely perfect and everything we dreamed it would be and more. Each of the properties we visited were perfect and you had clearly listened to exactly what we wanted by keeping them all small and personal. The game viewing at Etosha was second to none and being able to self drive around the park gave it an exclusive feel and we had some experiences we will never forget. We didn’t think it was possible for a herd of 23 Elephants to creep up without us realising whilst we were busy watching a leopard at a waterhole without another person or car in sight! This email would not be complete without a mention about the wild camping. This for us was the best three days of the entire trip. Being out in such deserted wildnerness was an unbelievable experience and one which is very difficult to describe to people who have not seen it. Our guide, Eric, was first class and ensured our experience was as good as it was. Simply put, a trip to Namibia without visiting this region in this way would be incomplete. There is one last thing…. when can we go again?!

Dear Bill, We would like to thank you for organising an amazing holiday for us. We had a fantastic time, and look forward to being able to return there at some point in the near future. We were especially taken with Cape Town and the Kruger National Park. Gomo Gomo game lodge was amazing, the staff were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was lovely. The game viewing was incredible too. Many thanks again for organising our holiday, it is one we will rememeber forever.

A fantastic experience from beginning to end. You managed to interpret everything that we were looking for into a holiday of a lifetime. Ten out of ten for Safari Consultants. Thank you very much.

Dear Bill, I wanted to write personally to thank you for the birdwatching holiday you organised for us. I had an absolutely brilliant time. The accommodation throughout was top quality and the people most welcoming. I would like to say how kind the Chennels were at the Chase Guest House in Eshowe. It is a great base for anyone interested in birds and the nesting owl in the garden was amazing. Charles was also a wonderful host at Rorke’s Drift and the accommodation and situation there are outstanding. I could easily have spent more time at each one of the locations and hope in the future to be able to return. Thanks again for helping me enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

Hi Michele, thanks for organizing a really great holiday for us, we had a great time!IMPALA CAMP: we loved this camp and wished we could have stayed longer….the food was good and Barbara was great and everyone was really friendly, our guide was Mokila and our driver was Khalid, they were both very enthusiastic… the jeeps were good and we had a jeep to ourselves for the 3 days… we loved it here…RUAHA: yes very different and a lot drier than Selous! It was better for game viewing as you could get closer to the animals. MWAGUSI CAMP: nice camp, but we found it very ‘restricted’ compared to Impala. RAS NUNGWI: a nice place, we had a good room (4) with a lovely view……it was a nice place to chill out for a few days and wash off the dirt from the bush! Overall it was a really great holiday, and many thanks for organizing for us and making it all happen, we look forward to the 2013 itineary ideas!
